TSC | FAQ - Frequently Asked QuestionStudents that need service who schedule an RNC to come onsite will be notified if there is any onsite fee. Services such as harware installation, software installation, virus removal and harware configuration (not concerning ResNet) are subject to an onsite fee. The most cost effective way to deliver service is to bring the computer to the TSC or have TSC personnel transport the computer to the TSC.
