we are in beta version, the system has a few constraints. To appear in the slideshow and workspace areas, images need to be in JPG format. They also need to be in RGB color mode. Large files may have trouble appearing in the slideshow, and you will see a gray screen with the words "Image cannot be resized." Not to worry, we are working on fixing this problem. The same goes for images being cropped or resized in an aesthetically displeasing way.

Because of the skinnable nature of Cyberscore, images used around the site have to be flexible to ensure maximum quality on a range of background colours and images. For this reason, PNG images with alpha transparency are being used in various parts of the site. Unfortunately, Internet Explorer does not fully support this feature of the PNG file format at present, so it shows a background on the image when it loads.

If you have problems reading text or seeing images on your screen such as buttons & graphics you may need to adjust the resolution on your display. You can do this by right-clicking once in an empty space on your desktop and left-clicking Properties on the menu that should popup. This will open the Display Properties window. Click on the Settings tab on the top of the window and on the right-hand side of the screen, make sure your Resolution (or display area) should say 800x600.

Assigning colorspaces to images may not be an automatic process for several reasons: Your application simply may not do this automatically. Your application might have the ability to do this automatically, but it may need to be properly configured.

These images are not taken in the same fashion as conventional x-rays, which is why they look different. The higher the resolution of your images, the better they will look in your screensaver. In all cases, upload the highest resolution possible. (A minimum of 640x480 is recommended.)

If your scans are looking bad on the screen, but printing out satisfactorily, it could be your video driver that is causing the problem. Try some different resolution and color settings in the "Display" portion of your control panel (after first making sure that you have the proper driver disks to restore your system to the original settings). You should be using a driver that provides 16+million colors, and a resolution of at least 800 x 600.
