Who owns the data in the MailUp database?
NEWSLETTER Sender by MailUpNETAll data gathered through the MailUp system will be safely stored on our server, in compliance with Privacy Laws. This data however is property of our customers. If you want to discontinue the service all data will be forwarded to you and then deleted from our records. In the case of an in-house application every component (including the database) will be on the your server. You will sign a legal contract that defines these aspects and that guarantees a clear business cooperation.
