The few that are it will depend on the pattern envelope condition and tissue, if poor then I try not to disturb the envelope if I feel it will damage it more. If tightly and neatly folded I will not disturb as I can never get them back to the original, otherwise, they are counted but I am human and have been know to miss a pc or two. ;).
