Most reserved AV equipment is available on a will-call basis, so you will need to pick it up in advance from the Multimedia Office supporting your event. There is an exception for computer carts. These will be delivered and set up for the requesting instructor. The instructor will need to call the local support office should class end early so that the computer cart is not left unattended. Please do not, under any circumstances, leave a cart unattended in the the hallway.

Delivery is available at a nominal fee in our local delivery area. Delivery charges to other areas may vary depending on distance and size of order. Delivery/pickup charges are for ground floor drop off at a mutually convenient place. If delivery/pickup is to be made to a specific floor or an area requiring additional labor time, additional charges may be incurred.

Equipment and uniforms can only be picked up at our Eugene office. It is preferred that all equipment returns also be made in the Eugene office. You may pick up the rental equipment as early as 7:00 am on the first day of your rental period. Everything must be returned by 6:00 pm on the final day of your rental period to avoid paying late fees. You will be charged a half-day rental if you are more than 15 minutes late. All dinnerware, glassware and flatware must be rinsed free of food and repackaged in their delivery containers. Linens should be free of debris and dried to prevent staining and mildew. Food service equipment must also be free of food and reasonably clean. Additional charges will be applied if items do not meet the above conditions.
