This error message is displayed to the customer, when the customer tries to make payment through Credit Card which is not a valid credit card or has been blocked by the issuing bank.

Answer: If you are requesting a new case number and receive this error message, you should contact the appropriate HOC and speak with an Endorsement Technician. The Endorsement Technician should be able to make the necessary corrections in CHUMS, which interfaces with SFIS overnight, and you will then be able to obtain a new case number. The HOC Staff are able to process the data correction because the previous FHA case number is still active in SFIS.

A - You may have incorrectly typed your Library barcode number or your Library card could be expired. Note: it is necessary to have a valid 14-digit library card starting with the numbers 22950, and a PIN (personal identification number). Your PIN is usually the last 4 digits of your phone number. The Java Class Loader is trying to load a class from your webserver and your webserver is producing HTML output. The ROM-DOS format of the Flash disk is corrupt. The BIOS and DOS sectors of the Flash chip are likely to be intact, or the system wouldn't have functioned well enough to display this message. If the problem is due to a hardware error, the unit must be sent back to Technologic Systems for repair. You may want to try formatting the Flash disk if case the problem is due to an application corrupting the FAT.

You may also receive this message if your region preference is incorrect. This error is simply caused by your credit card number being entered incorrectly on the secure online form. Try re-entering your credit card number again

The HiWAAY email gateway rejects messages with different errors depending upon the reason the message failed to pass through the HiWAAY sendmail filters. Where the senders address can be determined (highly unlikely if the message was spam), the sender will get an automatic return message, known as a 'bounce' notice from their gateway which will indicate their message failed to deliver to HiWAAY.

Answer: No, it will not cost you anything to make changes to your webcard. You may update and change your information as many times as you want, free of charge. If you wish to have the changes made for you there may be charges incurred.
