Answer: Bring the seat belt across the car seat and buckle as usual. Tighten the seat belt as much as possible. Firmly hold the shoulder and lap portions of the seat belt together just behind the sliding latchplate and unbuckle the seat belt. Still holding the seat belts together, weave the locking clip over both layers of seat belt about 1/2" from the sliding latchplate.
