The SOS software is not open source at this time. This system is currently the subject of an ongoing Cooperative Research and Development Agreement (CRADA) process. During this time the source code is kept confidential until such a time as a CRADA partner is awarded. In the future, if the CRADA isn't awarded, NOAA may make the source code available.
