Two days and limited to about 30 participants, CrossFit Certification Seminars present the practical and theoretical foundations of fitness and proper movement. CrossFit is most succinctly defined as a program that incorporates a wide variety of functional movements performed at (relatively) high intensity. Your employee is issued an HACSC picture ID badge showing name, social security number, the course code, expiration date and test method.
