Method 1 - Arrangements can be made with the desired bank to accept your EFT file. When the payroll is calculated, rather then printing a cheque, an EFT file is generated on the users computer. The user then forwards this file to the intented bank. The bank then forwards the funds to the individual employee accounts and debits the companies bank account.
