Your child does Tasks to earn points. Tasks can be chores or fun. Each Task has a different Handipoint and Bonus Point value. You add new Tasks and keep track of Tasks in the Task Charts tab. [back to top]

A completed Task, which is indicated by the checkmark symbol on the Task Chart, means a Task that your child has completed and turned over to you for grading. You will need to grade how well your child completed this Task before they receive the Handipoints and Bonus Points for their effort. A graded Task is a Task that has already been evaluated, and the points for it have already gone into your child’s account.

This floating or docked toolbar contains user-defined buttons assigned to standard tasks, operations, or custom-defined procedures. Use the Customize... button to assign to new keys: STATISTICA Command Language (SCL) tasks, STATISTICA BASIC programs, names of data or supplementary files (e.g., graphs, reports) to be opened for quick access, or simply editable sequences of keystrokes. Pressing a button will execute a task or a series of tasks of practically unlimited complexity.

Take a look at the participating open source projects on the GHOP contest page and decide which one(s) are doing work that is interesting to you. Click on the name of the open source project and you'll be taken to its individual contest page, which will give you even more information about the project and resources for learning more. You can then browse available tasks in the Issue Tracker session of the project's contest page.

Sign in to your Google Account. If you do not have a Google Account, you can create one free of charge. If you already have a GMail address, you can just sign in to your GMail account. Go to the task entry that you'd like to complete. It will be clear from each task entry what the expectations are for an entry to be judged complete and in what time frame it must be completed.

While we encourage you to get help where you need it, there can only be one winning contestant per entry. Participation as a team is not possible.

You will be taken to a window where you will name your chart, choose the day it starts and set a number of options. Click “Save” and you will be taken to your new chart. If you do not want to save, you can click “Cancel” to return to the last screen. [back to top]

Click “Edit Chart” in the upper right-hand corner. You will be taken to a window where you can change the name, the day the chart starts and the chart’s options Click “Save” when you are done editing or “Cancel” to return to your previous screen [back to top]

Click “Delete Chart.” Once a chart is deleted, it cannot be brought back, so make sure you’ve decided to delete

Step 3 of the Add Task screen is selecting the scheduling options from the drop-down menu. You can choose every day, once, Tuesdays, weekends, etc. There will be a square blank for your child to check that appears on the day you want the task done. [back to top]

You can enter your own, personalized Task if you cannot find what suits your needs in our searchable Task database. To add your own custom Task, follow these steps: Click on your Correct Mistakes tab Under the “Correct Mistakes” tab you will see a date-sorted list of everything your child has done, the grades they received and the points they earned. You’ll also see how and when they spent their Handipoints and Bonus Points.

Pressing the print button will pop up a new window with a printer friendly version of your Task Chart.

After a child has completed a Task, you can mark it complete in their Task Charts. To mark a Task complete, follow these steps: You may want to wait about ten second before closing the window so our servers register the change. You can mark off as many Tasks as you want when you visit the Task Chart. Keep in mind that your kids can mark off their own Tasks, too. To encourage kids and parents to log in and keep track of Tasks on a daily basis, the gold column appears on today's date in the Task Charts. When a kid or parent checks off Tasks from the current day on that day, they get the full amount of Handipoints and Bonus Points for those Tasks immediately. The Tasks will still appear in the Grading tab for parents to review, but the points were already handed out when the Task was checked off.

Click on the Grade Tasks tab, the Grade Tasks button on your child’s Scorecard or the Grade button in the Task Charts

After you have already graded a Task, the only way to change it is to delete the Task in the Balance Sheets and mark the Task complete all over again. Click on the red X for that Task The Task will be deleted and you can mark it complete in the Task Charts all over again. [back to top] In the Monthly Totals area on your Balance Sheets, you’ll see the Handipoints, Bonus Points and the average grade your child has earned this calendar month.

The Task Bar in Windows XP is comprised of the Start button, the Quick Launch section, the Notification Area and the section for displaying Task Bar buttons. The Quick Launch section holds shortcuts to programs.

Yes, for example, if an individual performs a bench test on a regulator at the manufacturer's shop, the activity is not a covered task because the test was not "performed on a pipeline facility" as specified in the rule. However, if an individual were to perform the same bench test on a regulator at a compressor station, which is a "pipeline facility," the task is "covered" and the individual would have to be qualified.

This is caused by malware programs modifying the registry to disable Task Manager. This behavior may occur if Task Manager is running in Tiny Footprint mode. If you double-click the empty space in the border around the tabs, Task Manager switches to this mode.

Task lighting is the concept of providing the correct amount of light for the task being performed. It does not require the same amount of light to walk down an isle or run a copy machine as it does to read a type written page, so why light the entire environment? When utilizing task lighting, the general light level in the facility is lowered thus creating a softer, more pleasant atmosphere and saving energy.

Please remember that there are many more contestants than there are folks working to make the contest successful, so we may not be able to update the task status values as quickly as we'd like. If you look at a task's description and see that someone has updated it with the phrase "I claim this task", someone else is working on this task and you should look for a different one to complete.

Applaunch.exe is used to host applications running in the CLR Code Access Security sandbox. Applications running with full trust do not need to be hosted in a secure host & will not run in the AppLaunch.exe. Applaunch.exe is similar to IEExec.exe... The main considerations are security and how self-contained your component is. Lightweight, self-contained components can generally be deployed seamlessly along with the "ClickOnce" application.

Step 1: Search for Tasks with the search box, browse for Tasks in the Happy, Healthy and Smart Tasks or create your own custom Tasks. These are the three ways of finding Tasks to add. Select the Task you want and edit the Handipoints amount if you want.
