To receive reciprocity in Nevada you must have a current license in good standing in at least one state. (NRS 644.310) (NAC644.0536).

If your license is not required for a job you now hold, just take the required renewal units within a five year period and apply for renewal. There should not be a late fee unless your license is required for a job you now hold.
