FAQ 13 - I have an Olympus camera that has an XD picture card. I am curious as to if there is any difference between using that XD card and a SD card and if they are even the same size and compatible. Insert the card into the card slot as shown. (The EVOLT E-500 supports xD-Picture Card media as well as CompactFlash? media.) Push the card gently straight in until it clicks.

You should be able to buy a memory card adapter that is compatible with one of the supported memory cards. For example, if you own an XD memory card, you can buy an XD to CF adapter and then insert it into the frame.

This may vary at times during the game. Typically missions are issued from Central Command at least once every half hour, and usually about once every 15-20 minutes. Obviously this means that the Command Staff must be careful to manage their squads effectively so that they have the appropriate players available for missions as they are issued. The answer depends on your personal needs and your budget. Memory cards are available in many sizes 8MB, 16MB, 32MB, 64MB, 128MB, 256MB and 512MB. The larger the card size, the more storage space and the greater the cost. One recommendation is to select a card that allows you to take images without having to worry about changing cards or downloading images very often (one of the advantages of digital photography). Among the most popular are those in 64MB, 128MB or 256MB sizes.

Cause : You have modified the pictures or you have placed them in a folder other than the one the camera uses. Solution : If you have modified the pictures, most cameras will no longer be able to see the pictures. In the future do not modify the pictures if you need to see them again with the camera. If you placed them in the wrong folder, please put them in the folder you originally found them in. Most cameras will only use the folder they create to see the pictures.

Your Mustek camera can use either an MMC (Multi Media Card) or SD (Secure Digital). The largest size card you can use is 512MB. Please note that in order to use SD cards with your camera, you will need to make sure that the card is "unlocked" and that your antivirus software in your computer is disabled. Please refer to your SD card user's guide to ensure that the memory card is in the "unlocked" position. A workaround to this would be to use an SD/MMC card reader or use only MMC's.

If you have the DV-3500, your Mustek camera has 32MB of built-in or 'internal' memory. You can use the camera normally even though it says 'no card' on the LCD display. The memory card slot in the camera allows you to increase the amount of memory you have, which will allow you to take more pictures/video. You do not NEED a memory card in order to use the camera. AH: These errors can occur due to bugs in the operating system version or program you are using, or a lack of RAM memory installed in the Mac.
