CrypKey provides primarily online support for holders of CrypKey Annual Subscription. CrypKey Annual Subscription offers up-to-date information as well as optimum support for CrypKey products. It is available in three levels: Silver, Gold and Premium. The most basic of our service offerings is the CrypKey Silver Annual Subscription-a must for CrypKey customers.

We have a web-based system to efficiently receive and review the following three types of proposals or requests. We do not review requests in these areas through email, phone, fax or mail. All requests for reimbursement must have services incurred by the last date of your plan year. Generally a 60 day grace period is allowed from this date to submit all requests. For example if your plan year is 1/1 through 12/31, all dates of service must be incurred by 12/31 and submitted for processing by 3/1 of the following year.

Reimbursement requests can be submitted any time from the start of your plan year through the end of your grace period as long as the service has been incurred.

You may submit as many requests as you would like, up to the maximum number of hours of coverage for which you have contracted. You select the appropriate number of hours of service you anticipate you will need in a week/month (see next question for more details about selecting the number of hours).

Written or phoned-in requests need to be manually entered into OptiGen’s computer, while all test requests submitted on-line go directly into the secured database. So submitting tests on-line prevents mistakes such as misspellings, lessens the amount of “pre-test” processing, and may actually increase turn-around time. Electronic ILL request forms for books and articles are found on the Brookens Library web page. There are also paper forms located at the Reference/Information desk on Level 2 of the library. Also, if a book or article record is located in the online database, FirstSearch, there is a "borrow from another library" link that will send the request to the ILL department.

You need to create a special email account for the help desk, e.g., helpdesk@yourcompany.com. Then go to Preferences -> Help Desk Settings, and fill in all the email integration settings. Specify how to log-in to your email server and get emails from the help desk account, and the default category and urgency for new service requests received by email.

Yes! Your school can use our online request software to allow all requestors to request trips on line. These trips can be approved online and the requestors can then check their status online. The transportation department only needs to import approved trips into Easy Trip to save the time that it takes to gather paperwork from the entire campus and manually enter trips into the software.

Yes! Our state-of-the-art online trip request system allows your clients to request their trips online. We are currently working on an update to this module to allow for online quotes as well. For about a dollar a trip, your bus company can dramatically increase the efficiency of your request system. Your staff spends far fewer minutes on the phone, keyboard, and fax machine, and more time working to make YOU money. Best of all, we host the web server, database server, and email server.

Rooms are assigned by the hotel at the time of check-in. Requests for specific room types; non-smoking, specific locations; street view, high floor etc. can be requested at the time of reservation but are not guaranteed. Room types or special requests cannot be made or changed after a hotel is confirmed.

We have set up a pre-registration system for our customers in the run-up to the IDN introduction for .de and .info domains. It wasn't possible to guarantee for a registration of the domain names submitted to the system. The possibility of an assignment was substantially increased, however, since the system automatically sent the collected requests to the registry directly after its opening. Submitting a domain wish to our queue was free of charge.
