To be eligible for a refund, courses must be dropped before 15% of the scheduled course time has passed. Tuition refunds/waivers will not be made for courses dropped after this date. TDLR requires the provider to monitor licensee attendance for all courses, including computer-based and on-line courses. Courses which are not approved by TDLR as continuing education courses can not be used for license renewal. If the college course is a TDLR approved continuing education course, then the course hours can be used for license renewal.
