First check your screen display - control panel >>display>>Settings. The minimum setting for viewing the Scenario is at least a resolution of 1024x768 pixels. For those unfamiliar with the setting, you can find it by clicking in this sequence: Start/My computer/Control panel/Display/Settings. On the Settings page, you’ll see ‘screen resolution’.

In another of a long line of Design Decisions I Regret, xv tries to do all sorts of clever things with regard to the image window's position on screen. For example, if you issue the Max Size command, xv will position the window so that the window's contents exactly fill the screen (and the titlebar, frame, etc. are off the edges). You can't see the entire screen because your monitor's screen resolution needs to be changed to a higher setting, such as 800x600 or greater. Here's why: a higher resolution, everything onscreen (text, images, navigation buttons, etc.) is smaller, so more can fit on your display. But if the resolution is set too low, for example, at 640x480, all objects are displayed larger and not all items can fit on your screen.

Prior to GLUT 3.7, you can generate a full-screen window using a call to glutFullScreen(void). With GLUT 3.7 and later, a more flexible interface was added. With glutGameModeString(), an application can specify a desired full-screen width and height, as well as the pixel depth and refresh rate. Currently, Radmin cannot register screen changes when the remote computer is in full-screen text mode. If the window is a GnomeDialog, this is user-configurable and you should not do it. In most other cases it would be a bit strange; but there are exceptions, such as splash screens. The function you want is gtk_window_set_position(); you can leave the window's position up to the window manager (the default), ask to have it centered, or ask to have it appear wherever the mouse pointer is.

There is no supported method of doing this, but you can edit the registry to achieve RS in a Window. NOTE that you should not edit the Registry unless you know what you are doing - you can severely affect your system by playing around with the Registry. Backup your Registry before making any alterations. Each time you want to toggle between windowed and full screen mode, you have to always go to windows registry to edit a value (and restart RS).

This window is for searching within T-Plan. Type a search query string into this field and the results will be displayed in a separate search results window.
