My SuzukiZone account is locked. What do I need to do?

Ask your dealer’s Training Coordinator to unlock and reset your password. Your User ID will still be the last five digits of your social security #, followed by the first four letters of your last name without any spaces or hyphens. This will also be your default password. For example, if your name was James Smith and your social security # was 123 45 6789, your User ID and default password would be 56789SMIT.
