FAQ - Fix-1With our Rush service, you will receive a replacement telephone of the same model and colour within 1 to 2 business days after we receive your order. You must then send us your defective telephone within 10 days; otherwise, you will be billed the difference between the price of a repair and the purchase price of the telephone.

FAQSRUSH service means your order will be put at the front of the line and filled before all others (except other Rush orders). This is usually overnight and the package is shipped Express Overnight delivery (Mainland USA only). Foreign can still opt for Rush Delivery but we cannot say how long it will actually take to get there, although it will be less time than normal by virtue of the fact that it will go out the next day.
