If you attach the camera directly to the computer to get the photos, depending on the camera brand its photos will only be available to Photozig Albums with certain limitations. Photozig Albums works best if your camera exposes its photos to the computer as a disk drive (for instance, drive E:\). If that is not the case, you can still get the photos through the more limited (yet nearly universal) TWAIN interface. The photos lose the date, time, exposure, flash, file name, etc.

This is probably a java client issue. You will need to make sure you have the latest java plug-in updates. NOTE: A lot of XP disks do not enable or install java by default. Some dispute between Sun and Microsoft. By installing the latest service packs and java upgrades you should be fine. You will also need to make sure you have installed your current service pack for your operating system. You may need to do this before installing the newer version of java.

New movies may not be released on DVD yet. When a movie studio announces that it will offer a DVD, we normally add it to the store. Once a DVD is available, you will be able to add it to your wish list (provided you have returned your current orders).

The most common resolution to this problem is to install the latest version of Quicktime. The Quicktime installers for both the Mac & PC are included on the CD, look in the 'Essentials' folder. Make sure you have the correct version of Quicktime loaded. The CD requires Quicktime version 3 or later. Apple has changed the way Quicktime works when used on the PC. Quicktime 3 applications are not backwards compatible. The is not the case for Macs, but it is advisable to use the latest software.

There are a number of reasons why this could be, but there is an easy solution to part of the problem. You can view the movies outside of the CD applications, go to the movies folder on the CD and load the movies directly into Movie Player. There is also an old-movies folder that contains Quicktime movies from the previous version of the book. In the meantime, check to see you have the latest Active X drivers and your graphics card drivers are up to date.

The drivers for your device are not installed correctly. Please, follow the documentation, that came with your device to setup the software drivers. Generally: if no other piece of software (including the one, that came with the device) can connect to the video device, @ctiVideo will not connect either. Your video device is not compatible with Video for Windows. See the previous question and consult the documentation of your device to check if it is designed to work w/ VfW.

Select the appropriate video input on your TV. Usually you can select the input mode by pressing the VIDEO or INPUT button on the remote control. Because we allow users to upload video files in any format, the same player will not always work for every single file, so it's a good idea to have a couple of programs available that you can try. Also, some files simply can't be streamed. Usually, this happens when the program that created the video file uses a codec that our software doesn't understand.
