A POC is a term for a Portable Oxygen Concentrator (POC). You may be familiar with a full size concentrator that you might use at home. A concentrator is a device that extracts everything out of the air and delivers a medical dose of oxygen. We also call them Medical Air Purifiers.

The POC is the person Defcon will contact regarding questions, concerns, comments, promotions, etc. You wll be directly responsible for the success of your DCG. The POC Fund is not a "lender of last resort" for high-risk, low-return propositions. Similarly, the POC Fund cannot be used to re-finance existing activities, or to simply finance normal operational costs.
