The Minden Master Grill comes with one tool, the only tool you will need for assembly. No other tools are needed.

Use a grill brush to clean off all leftover bits from the grates. (Your Grill comes with porcelain-coated grates; only use a brass bristle brush on them. Don't ever use the scraper that comes on standard grill brushes; over time, they will chip the porcelain.) Spray vegetable oil, like Pam, onto the Grill to loosen any remaining food that is stuck on the grates. The leftover food bits will drop into the Grill and burn up the next time you turn it on to pre-heat.

You do not have to season your Minden Master Gas Grill. The grates that come with the standard Grill are made of porcelain-coated stainless steel and DO NOT require seasoning.

We generally have the Grill in stock in our Minden, NV headquarters. We will ship the unit via UPS ground with U.S. delivery averaging between 3 and 5 business days. Allow extra time for shipping at Christmas.

Check your Grill for these common causes: (CAUTION: Do not smoke around your Liquid Propane gas tank. It is highly FLAMMABLE.) Check your Liquid Propane (LP) gas supply. Lift the tank to determine its approximate weight. An empty Liquid Propane gas tank weights about 20 pounds. A full Liquid Propane tank weighs about 40 pounds. Check to insure all gas connections are secure, including the gas connection tube to your Side Burner (one of our custom grill options).

No, your Minden Master Gas Grill is manufactured to exact specifications and is certified for Liquid Propane (LP gas) use only. For your safety, conversion kits are not available. Any attempt to convert your grill is dangerous and will void your warranty. We will provide a Natural Gas version of the Grill if the market demands. The fitting on the FlameSaver Tank valve is the standard Type-1 connection, which is commonly found on gas grills. The quick-connect style fitting (Type-2 connection) found on a limited number of grill models will not work with this tank.

Gas grills have tanks of compressed Propane. Propane is one of a few flammable gasses that is heavier than air and in the event of a leak, the gas will accumulate in low areas. A Propane tank which is leaking or inadvertently left on could accumulate to explosive levels in the apartment below you, and could be ignited by a pilot on a stove or anything that creates a spark. Therefore it is the policy of the Quincy Fire Department not to allow Propane gas grills on balconies above the first floor.

In order to run a gas line to the BBQ island, you will have to either call the gas company in your area to see if whether you can run the gas line from your house to the bbq island. Some housing development do not allow and some have restrictions. It will depend on your association or the gas company can give suggestions on what is the proper way to install a gas line from your house to the bbq island. The easiest was is to install a propane gas with a gas line to the bbq grill itself.

A good quality Carbide Tipped Triple Chip saw blade is preferred when cutting Plexiglas. This reduces the amount of chipout on the opposite side of the material and produces a smooth edge. A Router can be used to cut Plexiglas as well. The Router should be at least 1.5 HP or better and with changeable collets for a 0.5" Shank quality 2 flute Carbide bit. This reduces the vibration and chattering when cutting and will produce a more smooth edge.

Weber, TEC, Thermos, Charbroil, Broil King, Broilmaster and Fire Magic LP gas bar-b-ques do not include an LP tank. We will be happy to sell you a new tank with any bar-b-que that does not include one or just to have as a spare.

There are conversion kits available. Any conversion will be done at the user's own risk and negate the warranty coverage by the original manufacturer.

I don't know... do We? Please look and if it is not listed then no we do not. Some grills can be custom done upon request but not everything is possible. Keep in mind I need to have access to the car, the right materials, and the time to make it so most one of a kinds are going to either cost a lot or take a long time to do. Full blown custom grills are going to be priced at a premium.

Nope, the fireplaces are gas and on a thermostat. They serve as the main heat source for the cabins in the winter so they are not operational in the summer. Our fireplaces are so efficient that the heat they produce just from keeping the pilot light on would be unpleasant in the summer time. (We do have A/C and back-up electric heat as well!) The grill is gas and propane is provided.

A: You need to own a copy of Dink Smallwood on CD (available from RTSoft at www.rtsoft.com). There is a folder on your DINK CD called "develop". You will want to have a sharp clipper designed for dog nail trimming. Dogs come in all sizes so choose a nail trimmer that's right for the size of your pet's nails. The most common types of nail trimmers are the guillotine, pliers and scissor styles. Guillotine style dog nail trimmers require that the dog's nail be inserted through a hole in the top of the trimmer.
