When our security software detects more than one I.P. address using the same username within a certain amount of time it interprets this as a possible security risk and temporarily suspends the login. If your Internet Service Provider uses a proxy server (which is the case with AOL), we have experienced a few cases where usernames are mistakenly blocked.
