If you are unable to properly format your baby's digitized pictures so they "fit" on the web page, try consulting your image editing program's help file and search for "resize." Most programs will have step by step directions for you to follow. You need to use a photo editing program. Such programs usually come with scanners and digital cameras. You can usually set the resolution to 72 ppi by checking under attributes or size. Try cropping off any extra picture around your puppy. There is a usually a crop tool that you can use which allows you select part of your picture and then remove everything from the outside of your selected box. Your Windows Display Properties need to be set at 800X600 or bigger - 1027X768 best, 16m color or better (256 color looks very bad in MBD), and make sure your fonts in 'Advanced' are set to 'small' - Normal size (96 DPI) . [TIP] -

You must have your screen size set to 800x600 or higher. In the control panel, double click on the Display icon. Go to the Settings tab and make sure the screen area is 800x600 or higher. If you wish to resize the size of the stream screen, you can double click on the screen and it will resize and go in to full screen mode. If this does not work for you, you may not have the proper settings enabled within Windows Media Player or the plugin being used. If your baby does not respond clearly to the screen, the screening unit will show a 'refer' result.  If it is your baby's first screen, we will try again later the same day or the next day.  If you are due to go home, you can return at a later date for the re-screen. If your baby receives a refer result on the second screen as well, we will refer you for some further hearing testing.
