You can expect two types of email confirmations from us. The first email confirmation will be sent when we receive your order. The second email confirmation is sent when your order ships. Within your email confirmations you’ll find your tracking number, number of orders in the box, order numbers & reference names if stated on orders.

Our web site does provide an order confirmation and shipping confirmation if you provide the correct email address.

We are a small company but we do try to send personalized email shipping confirmations with UPS tracking numbers so you can monitor the progress of your order. You should definitely receive a Quantum Shipping Notice from UPS with the tracking number also. So, either way you should receive at least one (1) email confirming shipment of your package.

Ship confirmation emails can be sent to you and your customer when the order has shipped. Depending on the carrier, the email can include the tracking number so you and your customer can track when the shipment will arrive.

There have been several reports of the offline messages being sent via email never arriving. As it turns out, spam filters will frequently identify BitWise offline messages sent via email as spam. This is probably due to our notice at the bottom of the email referring to the messages being never sent unsolicited. While it is not possible to alter the order receipt that is sent to the customer, you can choose to have a completely custom email sent to the customer at the time of a successful order. All registrations are handled through The Heller Reports' partner, iLinc. This problem is a known issue with Microsoft Outlook clients. It is most prevalent with Outlook 2000 on all OS platforms (95/98/ME/2000/XP). In most all cases Outlook is configured for "Corporate or Workgroup" mode versus "Internet Only" mode. Outlook is basically looking for an Exchange Server but is configured to use POP messaging as its primary mail transport. Microsoft does not support POP mail and Exchange in the same mail profile.

Enter the correct SMTP server. (Please note that web based email usually does not allow you to use their server. For example you may not use Hotmail, AOL or Yahoo mail to name a few.). Some servers require a username and password to send the mail. Contact your email provider to see if they are needed. Most often the user name and password are the same that you use to receive mail. If you do not remember them please contact your email provider.

OmniOutliner documents are stored in a type of folder called a file wrapper. File wrappers appear to be normal files in the Finder. Apple Mail will treat file wrappers like normal files and transparently zip them when you attach them to an email. Receivers of your email who also use Apple Mail will never know that they received a zipped folder -- they'll just see your OmniOutliner document.

The most likely culprit of missing email for Outlook 2003 users is the Junk E-mail Filter. The Junk E-Mail filter, when trained properly, is a wonderful addition to any e-mail environment. Email generally gets replied within 24 hours. The only time it might take longer is over a holiday or weekend. The site has some 'pre-set' shipping prices. So unless I feel I need to contact you again, your order will ship within a few days to a week. Is there an issue with Internet Partners refusing email from certain servers?? I have a few people who can not email me. In most cases where people are have problems sending you email the senders email server is configured incorrectly, and it can serve as a security risk to everyone on the internet. We at Internet Partners are willing to work with the administrators of these servers to help solve this problem.

Since most email programs generally are similar, we can provide you with basic settings. But we may not be able to answer all your questions about other email software programs. However, our comprehensive FAQs may be able to point you in the right direction.

Problems sending and receiving mail are rarely related. See FAQ Questions 1 and 2 for information on how to track down each end of the problem. If the problem affects one particular service, then it's possible that there is a communications block between that service and AOL. Try contacting that service's Postmaster to see if they are aware of problems both sending mail to and receiving mail from AOL.
