If you have more than one device sharing the connection (Y cables) the image quality will be reduced. If you need to connect your DV920 and another device (monitor for example) at the same time, you will get the best image quality if you use an amplified video splitter (one that has a power supply). The DV920 is setup for the default settings for both VGA and NTSC video.
