UP Diliman students (enrolled in the current semester): Go to the UP Computer Center to get your account activation details. Bring your UP Form 5 and UP ID. Faculty/Staff/REPS: Please go to the UP Computer Center to create your account. Bring your appointment paper from HRDO and UP ID. You may send a representative with your signed written authorization letter and your representative's UP ID plus your appointment paper from HRDO and your UP ID.

After five failed attempts to log on using the same account, the account becomes locked out. This policy ensures others do not try to guess or otherwise hack another user's account. After five minutes, you should be able to try logging in again.

To add another email address to your account you can log into the Member Services Area on the front page of the Adam Internet website. You will then need to go into 'Email Manager', this area will allow you to delete and create email addresses on your account.
