The Information Program of the Open Society Institute (OSI) has published three practical guides for developers and publishers of open access journals. The three publications, which were developed under contract with the Scholarly Publishing and Academic Resources Coalition (SPARC) Consulting Group, are accessible online free of charge at http://www.soros.org/openaccess.

Each student will have access to all of the resources and staff available at our Career Planning Office. We envision that this office will be able to serve LL.M. students and graduates in the same way in which it servese our traditional J.D. students and graduates.

Health centers are encouraged to develop and coordinate activities with their State and Regional Primary Care Associations and other heath centers. In addition, health centers can enlist the support of volunteers from the community, and coordinate events with other community organizations as well as solicit sponsorships from the private business sector.

The Peer Advisor Program: Study abroad returnees from diverse majors and countries of interest are available in the Center for one-on-one advising sessions each week. In this document, the term flash is exclusively used to denote a short burst of light. The words flash unit are used to denote a device capable of emitting a flash. In everyday speech, flash units are very often called just flashes. Some manufacturers use the term speedlite or speedlight to denote a flash unit.

Solar Cookers International sponsors the Solar Cooking Archive on the World Wide Web at http://solarcooking.org where you will find illustrated construction plans, photographs, documents, and an international directory of solar cooking promoters. Their thrice-yearly newsletter, the Solar Cooker Review, is also available there. An excellent document for further reading is The Expanding World of Solar Box Cooking, by Barbara Kerr.

The college maintains a number of presentation classrooms that contain, at a minimum, a networked computer and LCD projector. Many of the rooms also have VCRs, document cameras, and other audio visual equipment. Technical support of the rooms is provided by the audio visual staff, Doris Cline and Ida Griffin, in room E103 or ext. 2275.

The SpamBayes announcements list is a low-volume list where announcements about new releases are posted. The SpamBayes checkins list receives summaries of all the changes to the SpamBayes software. This is generally only of interest to developers. The SpamBayes bugs list receives copies of all the bug, patch, support request and feature request reports that are submitted via the sourceforge system.

The Department of Public Instruction currently contracts with five vendors (EBSCO, ProQuest, Thomson Gale, Newspaper Archives, and TeachingBooks) to provide access to articles from thousands of newspaper and periodical titles, image files, and other specialized reference materials and websites.

The IUG web site is available at http://innovativeusers.org. Here you will find the IUG enhancements list, the INNOPAC email list archives, information about the IUG, and annual conference information including registration forms, hotel and transportation news, program schedules and proceedings.

Innovative offers two web sites. Innovative's main web site (http://www.iii.com) offers general company information. The second web site, CSDirect (http://csdirect.iii.com), includes information for customers such as access to the Help Desk, known software issues (http://csdirect.iii.com/csd/release_notes/known_issues/), software updates, and the archive of Innovative's private email messages.

Our two largest banquet rooms are equipped with complete systems including LCD projection, DVD/VHS player and wireless microphone systems. In addition, we have a variety of tools on-site including whiteboard, Post-it brand flip charts and stands, portable LCD projectors, easels, overhead projectors and screens.

The two programs available are the Pre-Doctoral program (if you have an interest in pursuing a doctoral) and the Forgivable Loan program (upon entering a doctoral program or currently in a doctoral program).
