NJDEPANSWER: All applications are given the highest priority for review (typically within two weeks) by the Programs Technical staff. Each Application Package is checked for completeness of Part I-Administrative Information, Part II-Personnel and Part III-Analytical Testing Parameters. Upon receipt of the application, the OQA will advise the applicant in writing whether the application is administratively complete and will assign the laboratory a five-digit identification number.
