We are two metro (underground) stops from the Termini station, which will take about 10 minutes door to door. If you walk from termini, calculate 20-30 minutes, depending on how much luggage you have (not recommended.)

The apartments are all within a few minutes walk of the métro and local RER lines. Paris is fairly small; not much more than 2 miles in diameter. You can get to all major monuments in Paris within less than 30 minutes.

Airport - The Campus Village is about a 20 minute drive from the airport. However there is also a frequent bus service which takes you to Buchanan Street Bus Station. The campus is then only a 10 minute walk away from the bus station. Train Station - Both Central and Queen Street Railway Stations are within a 10/15 minute walking distance of the Campus Village, or alternatively a short taxi journey of c. 5 minutes.

All Volunteer Firefighters are issued fire department pagers that enable you to hear emergency dispatches in your community. Volunteers are encouraged to respond to emergencies on fire/rescue equipment, however they are authorized to respond to certain nearby emergencies in their private vehicles under strict guidelines. Motor vehicle laws must be adhered to and at no time shall any rotating or flashing lights or siren be used with private vehicles.

The Queen Elizabeth II Terminal is 2.2 miles away in the Eastern Docks, a taxi ride of about 10 minutes. Access to the Eastern Docks is via Dock gate 4. There are local taxis and Unilink buses that operate between Southampton Central rail station and the Eastern Docks. The other 2 terminals are in the Western Docks, the City Cruise Terminal being 1 mile away and the Mayflower Terminal about 1.5 miles away, about 5 minutes taxi ride.

The 181 bus service runs Monday-Saturday to Uxbridge town centre (about 3 miles away) from Denham Garden Village Centre. This is the Denham County Rider service and is wheelchair accessible. From the nearby shops at Denham Green, other buses run to Heathrow, Northwood, Ruislip, Maple Cross, Rickmansworth, Watford, Harefield and Mount Vernon. A regular train service operates from Denham into London (Marylebone) and to the West Midlands. Denham station is less than one mile from the village.

During the day MARC has 13 trains at Union Station on the upper level. Because there is insufficient storage in Washington, two trains are moved to Baltimore's Penn Station for storage and return in the afternoon. Generally MARC trains use only 8 station tracks (Amtrak uses the remaining tracks for their own operation) and one track in the small storage yard at the north end of the station. Of the 8 station tracks used by MARC, 4 of them do not have high-level platforms.

Unlike the metro, the commuter trains (trains de banlieue) are run by the Agence métropolitaine de transport (AMT). Here are the commuter train lines that are accessible from the metro: Each train station is assigned to a zone by the AMT. You must have a fare for the farthest zone through which you travel; i.e. if you are travelling to Montreal, the zone of your departure station; if you are travelling away from Montreal, the zone of your destination station.

The Smithsonian Station is the closest Metro stop to the Procession staging area on the National Mall. Additional Metro stops include Federal Triangle and L'Enfant Plaza Stations. Please note: Metro-operated parking lots accept payments only via SmarTrip cards, not cash. In addition to paying for parking, SmarTrip is the secure and convenient way to pay fares on Metrorail and all Metrobuses.

The closest Metro stations are West Falls Church and Dunn Loring on Metro's Orange Line. These stations are between seven to ten miles away from the park. It is possible to take the Metro to one of these stations and then take a cab the rest of the way, but there are no Metro stations within walking distance to the park.

Manchester Piccadilly is the main line station for Manchester and Sackville Street is a 250m stroll, other venues are between 1-3 miles south of the city centre (£5-£8 in a taxi). Manchester Airport lies further south and is approximately 8 miles from our facilities. Some mainline trains stop at Oxford Road station, from where frequent buses run along Oxford Road and to the Fallowfield and Victoria Park Campus's. The airport in Krakow is the only airport in Poland with a train station. In other cases you'll have to use city transport or a taxi to transfer between the airport and the train station. We supply detailed city-by-city information on the Rail/Air Links page.

You will receive detailed information when you book but basically, as the station is conveniently located in Venice you will be able to reach your property either by water taxi or by water bus. One of our representatives will meet you there.

You should be able to reach home in approximately ten/fifteen minutes by water taxi and the double by water bus.
