Microsoft Outlook security is not allowing me to view my faxes. What do I do?

Additional security options were recently added to Microsoft Outlook. If you can't view your inbound fax PDF or TIFF attachments, you may need to change a setting in the Outlook Security tab. From within Outlook, click on "Tools" and "Options". Notice the checkbox for "Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened that could potentially be a virus." This box is checked by default and will result in some file types being blocked. Uncheck this selection; then close and restart Outlook.
