Tessy creates the so-called test application, which contains the function under test. Tessy compiles the test application by using the GNU compiler or a cross compiler for a microcontroller. If a cross compiler is used, the test application has to be executed in an execution environment for the microcontroller in question. This can be a simulator, an in-circuit emulator, the target system, a JTAG debugger, etc. Normally, a debugger acts as interface to that execution environment.

When you add or edit a backup Job you can define in the Skip folders: edit box the names of the folders you want the program to skip. Use the right scope. If you don't want them to be included, specify the scope of your dependency as provided.

You need to specify to the compiler the files that contain your aspects and the files that contain the types affected by your aspects. The AspectJ compiler will not search the source path for types that may be affected (unlike Javac and Jikes). a) As Code Fragments: If the include file is fairly independent and does not have other include files, or, if it does not depend on other include files for declarations or statements, then you can translate this include file as a code fragment. b) The In-Site Translation: If the include file is heavily dependent on other include files, the in-site translation method is recommended.

Some languages allow nested functions and the translator has to de-nest them. In the process, the scope of some of the functions may change and the variables that were declared properly in the source code may now be out of scope.
