Each car-camping site can accommodate up to six people or a single-family group of parents and children less than 18 years of age. At least one member of your camping group must be 16 years of age or older.

Absolutely no overnight camping is allowed in city parks. The Skate Park closes at dusk, and Cosmo Park closes at 12:00 midnight. Check the local phone book for available campgrounds.

Yes. There are more than enough great camping spots at the 10,000 Lakes Festival. Many have lake views and shady trees and most are spacious. Roads must be kept clear in order for the sanitation and safety trucks to do their jobs. Please help us keep tents and gear away from the roads.

We have a 6 person maximum per site. If you have any more than 6 you must rent another site. All our rates are based on two people and the additonal charges for adults are $4/night, and children between the ages of 6-17 are $2/night.

Where space permits, you are allowed up to three pieces of shelter equipment plus one dining shelter/tarp on your campsite. Only one piece of shelter equipment can be a tent trailer, house trailer, motor home, or self-propelled camping unit.

I don't quite understand the method used to calculate the incurred charges when the ToCoo! Travel system is used. It is 840yen per car per day. For example, if you rent 1 car for a 1night/2day trip, the calculations would be 840yen + 840yen = 1,680yen. For charges based on the hour, calculations will be pro-rated using a 24 hour day. Please consider the ToCoo! Travel System use charge as the fee that we receive for your use of our reservation system.

Camp sites are first come, first served, so if you have a specific spot you want, you'll have to get here early. We don't limit the size of your site, however, you can't use barricades or tape to mark your territory.

Yes, although we will not offer that product until January 2008. During 2007, we will be contacting all customers that register campers, camp trailers and RVs to determine their interest and identify their specific locations for reserved campsites. This program is still in development and we will provide further information on the web site as it becomes available. Camping is reserved on a per person per night basis, not site. Everyone in your group gets to camp together at one site. We do not limit the number of people or tents at each site. Our sites are different sizes to accommodate different groups. RVs and pop-up campers can camp at Shades State Park, Lake Waveland, Turkey Run State Park, Raccoon Lake, and the KOA Kampground in Crawfordsville.
