We always try to be flexible. You can be checked in earlier, depending on whether or not the apartment is booked the night before, cleaning schemes, etc. The apartment manager or owner can let you know what the possibilities are. If you would like to be absolutely sure you can check in before 2pm, we advise to book an extra night.

We recommend you book from the previous night if you want access to your apartment before 2pm. We have a guaranteed early check in option for only $75 but is very much subject to availability. We strongly recommend this option particularly if you have travelled as a family on a long haul flight. It is unlikely we will check in you in before 2pm unless you have booked from the previous night or taken up our $75 check in option were available. Sorry but we do not have baggage storage facilities

If your arrival falls before the check in time stated by the advertiser of the property we always recommend that you make your reservation for one day earlier to absolutely guarantee access to your chosen accommodation at the time you would like. You will also need to clarify this from the advertiser as to your request for early check in. Usually if there is not already someone staying in the property, the advertisers do accept early check in.

Yes - normal check-in time is from 12:00 hours, and normal check-out time is before 12:00 hours - but Check in/out times are flexible by prior arrangement.

We schedule our drivers to meet you 30 minutes after your arrival time, to allow for baggage reclaim and passport control. If we have a driver available and we are aware of an early arrival, then you will be met. If however, our schedule does not accommodate an early pick-up, please remain in the terminal and your driver will be with you as quickly as possible.

Our standard procedure involves monitoring all flight arrival times. Regardless of late or early arrival our driver will be there.

Late flight arrivals and check-ins are not a problem. After we receive your final condo payment, we will mail you lock box and driving instructions to our Maui condo. After arriving at Maui Kamaole, follow the instructions and park in your reserved parking place near our condo. Then follow the instructions for opening the lock box on our condo door. The next morning when the front desk by the main pool is open, please register at the desk and pick up your parking permit.

Sure, most of the international flights arrive late in the night, anyway the airport pick up is an extra cost, but we can provide the service.

Your driver will meet you at the exit from the customs hall inside the airport terminal. Drivers will hold a sign with your name written upon it. The airport terminal can be very crowded, therefore if you cannot locate your driver, please contact us immediately. The driver who takes you out is normally the one who will pick you up, he will give you his mobile number on departure so that you can call him to arrange the meeting point

Standard check in time is 4.00 pm. However, in practice we are as flexible as possible and if your flight arrives before this and the house is ready, then you just 'move in'. However, if there is a party leaving on your arrival day, our property managers need time to make sure that the house is fully prepared for you. If you take advantage of our airport transfer service, you will be able to leave your cases at the house and will be told when to return. A spot of lunch should fill the gap!

If your flight will be arriving late, call us 30 minutes before your updated arrival time and we will adjust our pickup time accordingly. For some reason if you are not able to give us a phone call, rest assured that our computerized dispatch center will monitor your flight information and will arrange a new pickup time with your driver.

We do not check in anyone after 11.00 pm. As you can appreciate that most of our guests leave from 04.30 am onwards and they do not like to be disturbed.

Customers may check-in at ticket counters or at their departure gate provided they have the proper documentation to pass through security checkpoints (see information below). Individual stations will reinstate curbside baggage check-in as additional security requirements are met.
