Artworks will remain in your collection for 30 days; you can place them on reserve for 24 hours to assure their availability.

Instructors place books and other supplementary materials that they wish to make available to their students on Reserve. Please check with Circulation staff to find out what is available relating to a particular course, and/or to borrow materials. These items are generally available for in-library use only.

Only if you give them your password. You may want to share a collection with a colleague or with committee members by giving them your password and directing them to your Private Collection.

Materials that are heavily used, such as hornbooks, nutshells and items placed on Reserve for class by professors are kept in the Reserve Room in stack ranges 110 to 113. The Reserve Room is open and materials may be used there without checking them out. If you wish to use reserve materials outside the Reserve Room you may do so by checking them out at the Circulation Desk for a renewable period of 2 hours. Renewals of Reserve materials must by done in-person.

Reserve Collection items are special items that do not leave the library so that an entire class will have access to them on a continuous basis. This collection is comprised of such items as books, solution manuals, practice tests, and articles. To gain access to these items, you will need to bring your "activated" Raider Card to the Circulation Desk. Be prepared to identify the item by call number, title, course, or instructor as appropriate.

The reserve collection is behind the circulation desk. You may borrow items from this collection for the time period set by your professor, usually two hours in the library only. In some cases your professor may allow an overnight loan period (check with staff).

Digital artwork will be kept indefinitely in our archives. Conventional color-separated mechanicals which we can be scan will be returned to your distributor upon request. Otherwise, they will be discarded for lack of storage space.

You can make a collection private from two places. You can click on 'My Collections', then click on the icon for the collection that you want to make private, then click on the 'Edit' icon to right of the collection's name. Alternatively, the privacy of all your collecions can be controlled from 'My Profile'.

Once you have logged into your account and uploaded your artwork it will appear in your Collector's Area under the "View your Collection" section. In the right hand corner against the artwork you will have an option of marking your artwork as "Willing to Part With". This is a yellow flash sign that will appear against your artwork to indicate to other collectors that you are willing to part with the art work.

we usually receive accommodation offers 10/15 days (in the best cases a month) before they actually become available; landlords/ladies or students offering vacant rooms usually wish to meet the "candidates" personally. It is also advisable for the latter to meet the former. A friendly environment should be one of your priorities amongst price, location, etc.

Possibly. We love the idea, and have actually done this a few times, but our first priority must be to accommodate our valued customers during our regular posted hours. When we've done it previously, it was either on Monday when we're normally closed (this isn't as simple as it seems, because we usually do maintenance and heavy cleaning all day on Mondays) or by starting before regular dinner hour at 5pm. It's more than just unlocking the doors - advance planning and scheduling is necessary.

Reserve materials can be checked out for 2 hours only, with no renewals. Items checked out within one hour of closing may be kept overnight but must be returned during the first hour the library is open the next day. Note: Be sure to get these items returned on time. Fines for over due reserves mount quickly (see Fines).

The lab is open to general use by students, faculty and staff of the University. However, our labs also serve as classrooms that are scheduled during each semester. If you notice that a class is in session, feel free to sit in the last few rows of the lab and quietly use the computer. The majority of the Child Support Division's incoming cases do not have established paternity or child support orders. These cases take longer to process than cases with established paternity and child support orders. Private child support collection agencies and county domestic relations offices generally handle only cases with established paternity and existing child support orders.

Your Private Collection Photos allows you to post more creative and revealing photos of yourself. For other members to view your private collection photo(s) they must first ask for permission by viewing your profile and clicking on “Request Pass” located underneath your primary photo. All requests will be stored in you private collection folder located under the “Members Menu” under “Private Collection”.

You can download images into your computer but the resolution is too low to print a high-quality picture. If you would like to order a print catalogue of your Private Collection please contact our artists relations department.

You may select a removal date on the Course Reserves Request form. At the end of the term or on the removal date, the materials will be taken off reserve. Faculty who have submitted personal copies will be notified by e-mail as to when and where to retrieve their materials.

Most reserve loans are for two hours, and may be renewed if another patron has not requested them. Some reserve items circulate for three days. Items may be borrowed overnight beginning two hours before the Reserves desk closes.

Yes, for groups of more than fifteen (15) persons, a Park area can be reserved by submitting a Lacy Park Group Activity Permit with a $50 reservation fee.
