Why do people I send mail to get an error when they reply to my message?
Impulse Internet Services - Customer Support - FAQ - VoIP Co...This is usually caused by an improperly configured "Reply-To:" setting in your email software. To test if this is the case, send yourself an email and reply to it. If you receive the test REPLY message without problems, your configuration is OK; however if you receive an error, then you most likely have a spelling error in your "Reply-To:" address. Please check our screen shot section for examples of how this is configured for various email software.
