Generally, the most efficient configuration is to have the blower coil cabinet inside the kiln chamber, with the compressor, controls, and electronics in the control room. This offers the best environments for the machinery while reducing installation and operating costs.

Our ambulatory operating rooms are fully equipped for all types of surgical procedures. This means that much of the equipment and supplies you see may not be necessary for your procedure.

What do we need to supply for your set up? As stated in our contract, enough room for 2-2X6 or 2X8 tables 25 feet from an outlet, that is 110/120-volt outlet (3 prong grounded). The facility should be open no less than one hour prior to the event.

All breakout rooms are arranged in theater style and are equipped with a screen, projector, podium, microphone and flipchart. Only a few rooms will have access to the internet. If you require an internet connection during your presentation, please select Yes for Question #7 on the Speaker Application Form. Please note: Presentations with 'virtual presenters' using a speakerphone are not recommended. The sound from the speakerphone is not loud or clear enough to be heard throughout the room.

Both video playback (VHS and DVD) and computer projection are available. We also have provision for a laptop computer input. Finally, we have an overhead visual presenter. All equipment is controlled by an AMX touch screen control panel.

We strongly advise that you buy insurance against damage or theft of your computer and other personal belongings, and that you take your computer home with you during breaks and vacations. Check with your parents: personal items may be covered under their homeowner's or renter's insurance policy. Put the equipment in a specific exam room, but use the room for all appointments rather than designating it for use only with particular appointment types. Consider finding alternative space for provider offices or standardize everything in the room except the providers' personal things. A one time basic set - up is included in the rental of all meeting rooms. You may choose between theatre, classroom, conference or banquet style. The first row of all classroom sets will be topped with linen. If additional rows of the classroom set or round(banquet) tables are requested to be topped, additional charges may apply. Also included in the rental is a use of a lectern, up to two pieces of riser, head table, display table and a registration table outside of the room.

No, there is no need to purchase any equipment until you have had your initial appointment with your trainer. At that time, the trainer will advise you as to what types of equipment to buy. Often, the trainer will lend you equipment to try out for the first few weeks and then can tell you how to order the equipment. Examples of equipment the trainer may ask you to use are physio balls, medicine balls, free weights, elastic tubing and jump ropes.
