We would request to not to mention your shipping address as a PO Box address or any military address. Our shippers (UPS) have faced a lot of problems specifically delivering to these two types of address. If possible, do send us a non- PO Box/non-military shipping address. We would also request you, if possible, not to send us a business shipping address. Our experience suggests that residential addresses have a lower chance of attracting customs/import charges.

Yes, we do ship to APO/FPO addresses via USPS Military Mail and will be charged accordingly. Shipping charges can be viewed prior to processing your order. Be aware that shipping to these addresses can take from one to two weeks, and in extreme cases up to eight weeks. We are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments to APO/FPO addresses.

Unfortunately, we have discontinued shipping to overseas addresses. This is due to the inability to guarantee any reasonable timeframe for the delivery and the inconsistancy of the treatment that the products receive. We have always strived to support our customers around the world but the chances of a problem occuring during overseas shipment are so much greater than with domestic orders.

Though APO, FPO and similar addresses are considered US locations, USPS and UPS do not provide accurate tracking since they can't record if you received the item or not. It is out policy to ensure that tracking will lead to the customer only.

We ask that you limit yourself to two names so that you will be able to devote enough of your time to supporting each person. We can assign (limited to 1-name and addresses per 25 people). We assign our names one-on-one so that we have a record of each assignment. Another choice would be to have your group write letters to the troops and then send the letters to Pen Pals for Soldiers.

We receive the majority of our names from military men and women themselves and their families, or Commanding Officers in the field who have send us names of men and women in their units who do not receive mail and ask to be included in our support program. We sometimes receive individual names from a family member who is asking that we help show support for that person.

We do accept P.O. Box addresses. Delivery to P O Box address will be sent by Registered Air Mail. The normal duration for delivery will be 3 to 4 weeks. We do not deliver packages to APO, the US, Canada or any territories of these countries.

Certainly. We have worked with lots of customers outside the UK and delivery is no problem. We regularly ship pictures abroad and have successfully sent framed pictures to customers as far away as Singapore, Sweden, the US, Canada, Hong Kong and Australia to name but a few. If you are a customer outside the European Union, do remember that the prices shown in our price guide include UK tax, so would be lower for you.

Yes, simply change the shipping address during your order checkout process. If you have purchased before, previous deliver addresses will be in your address book for easy selection! We can deliver to almost any address, so long as someone is there to sign for the parcel. Work addresses are common, or another family member.
