Most states do not individually register sponsors. We are, however, registered with these individual state boards and organizations:

SCSI ID numbers identify devices on the SCSI chain. Each device should have its own, unique ID number in the range 0-7. The only companies that should have two (2) facility ID numbers are the Major Source facilities. They have a preconstruction facility ID number and a BOP (Bureau of Operating Permits) facility ID number. The preconstruction facility ID number should only be used to file a new preconsturction permit, modification to a preconstruction permit or an amendment to a preconstruction permit.

A Digital Object Identifier (DOI) is a unique string that identifies a piece of intellectual content For any given DOI, the prefix is assigned by a Registration Agency (CrossRef); the suffix is assigned by the publisher. If you have been attending classes in the Rancho Santiago Community College District (i.e. Santa Ana College or Santiago Canyon College) for many years, you might have a distinctive 5 or 6 digit "Perm number." This number is your student I.D. number and will remain so. If, however, you are a newer student and have been using your social security number as your student ID, you have now been issued a new 9 digit number which replaces your social security number.

All of our fonts have unique postscript ID numbers, which have been registered in a database kept by Adobe Systems Inc. You should not, therefore, encounter font conflicts with any other commercial fonts. You can check the font ID numbers for each font in the "history" section for each font. For Mac users, you will notice that you get a customized suitcase icon when you obtain our fonts.

Unfortunately, the answer is "No". At this time, there is not a standard taxonomy used to define the material ID system. Therefore, a user "A" can create a material database where material ID #1 is a variety of concrete, and user "B" can create another database where material ID #1 is a variety of grass.

This is a 16-bit number that is issued to the vendor of the USB devices. The allocation of these numbers is controlled by the USB Implementers Forum at www.usb.org. For each family, the family ID number will most certainly vary from year to year. For example, a 1968 family ID of 1234 will not likely be 1234 in 1969 or any other year for that matter.
