After being accepted into a specific program, you would complete an “Evaluation of Previous Educational Experiences” online form and submit it to Central Records.

We will accept college-level academic course work from regionally accredited two- or four-year college or university. We will evaluate credits from colleges outside the United States on an individual basis. We accept credit for Advanced Placement, International Baccalaureate, College-Level Examination Program (CLEP), and some kinds of credit by examination if those examinations are administered by another college. Credits will be granted toward an Edison degree for acceptable work completed at other approved colleges and universities for courses in which the student has earned a grade of “C” or better. No, only one garnishment can be in place at one time. If more than one judgment is waiting for garnishment on a debtor's employer, the Sheriff will hold those garnishments in the order they are received by the Sheriff's Office. When the first judgment is satisfied, the next garnishment is served to the employer. Garnishments will be held for the life of the Writ (normally 60 days) and will be returned if not served prior to expiration.

Absolutely. Your Guard service is only part time—just one weekend per month, and one two-week period each year. Not only can you attend college full time while you serve, you can even have another part-time job, if you choose to. The Guard leaves you plenty of time for the rest of your life, while providing the financial means to enjoy that life.

The Registrar's office makes the final determination as to which courses can be transferred into your program after conferring with department chairs and the Academic Dean. Courses that you took at other colleges or universities are examined to ensure that they meet program requirements and are from regionally-accredited colleges or institutions.

If you've already graduated from Monmouth University and are just now considering a career in the military, you can speak directly with a recruiter about joining the service branch of your choice. Alumni up to the age of 35, in most cases, can still enter military service. As a college graduate, you may want to look into post-graduation commissioning programs offered by each of the services. This will allow you to enter the military as an officer.
