ULTRAMAN NEXUS will premier in Japan at 7:30am Saturday, October 2, 2004 on the CBC television network. CBC is the Nagoya-based branch of Tokyo Broadcasting System (TBS), one of Japan’s largest television networks. The show takes place in the near future, as an invasion of monsters from outer space called “Space Beasts” is underway. That's a tough question for me. There was a lot of chaos in my family of origin during my childhood. The adults in my family are all very bright and gifted individuals... but many of them allowed their lives to be ruled by fear... and in many respects had given up on their lives in early mid-life... although they went on to live many years past that time.

The soul speaks to the mortal consciousness through Symbology in both the awakened state and the dream state. However, it is important to remember than some dreams are simply frustration dreams and hold no symbolic value. It is as if your brain is blowing off steam. The only way to differentiate between frustration dreams and symbolic dreams is to keep a journal next to your bed and as soon as you wake up, right down everything you remember.

A lot of abuse/trauma survivors have gaps in their memories. Some people shut out specific events, and leave the rest alone. People who were chronically abused often shut out whole chunks of time, sometimes years worth. This is normal. It is also normal for people who were never abused to have gaps in their memory. There isn't really any set amount that you should remember. You may remember nothing, you may remember everything, but chances are you'll be somewhere in between most of the time.

You may have had several dream scenes within a single dream period or some memories could be from past nights. It is also possible that dream time doesn't strictly correspond to real time. Days may pass in a dream during a single night's sleep. Dreams which seem to last for hours while you have them have sometimes been found to actually have a duration of only a few minutes.

Some people remember their dreams very clearly and some people hardly remember them at all. Most people remember dreams occasionally. There is apparently a monthly cycle for many people so that they remember their dreams more at one time of the month. When one is going through an emotional crisis (like the death of a loved one) one is more likely to remember one's dreams.

Lingering in the memory of the dream and writing it down helps. Women are more likely to remember their dreams than men, in part because they tend to be more interested in their inner lives. You are more likely to remember your dreams when you are emotionally upset because you sleep more lightly.

The ideal combination would be male stealth geek with female stealth geek, but that's not always what seems to happen, which is why so many stealth geeks don't have much of a social life. It depends very much on what you're looking for and there are several answers to this question. My simple rule of thumb is that happy, feel good dreams are good to remember if you want to raise your vibration, and recurring dreams or those with strong negative emotional charge are usually indicative of areas in your life which need to be addressed and resolved. Meditating on your dreams will also assist with guiding you intuitively to the most important ones.
