There is no real set time as to when StarMoon-AU takes place; but all that matters is that it is VERY far in the future. And when we say VERY far, we mean several hundred years after Return Of The Jedi and all of the post-movie Star Wars novels. All the canon plotlines of George Lucas' Star Wars universe have already elapsed, but the locale remain (well, except Alderaan).

Unlike the original StarMoon group, we are firmly grounded in the Star Wars universe. Each of our characters is the Sailor Senshi of a Star Wars planet or cosmological phenomenon, and all of our stories take place on these planets (and the space between them!) that George Lucas has created for us.
