About 30% of our players every year are new to the sport ? even more at the younger levels. Lacrosse is an easy game to pick up and learn, and you should expect your child to be able to compete well. Generally, new players are on the less experienced, lower level teams, so they compete against kids with similar backgrounds.

AYSO believes that everyone should play at least half of every game. In divisions U6 – U10, no player may play the entire game until every player has played 3/4 of the game.

High School Lacrosse games are played primarily during the week (Mon ? Fri), though there are some games (when travel times are long for teams (such as Roseburg playing in Portland) where there might be a Sat or even Sun game. Game times will also vary depending upon JV game before Varsity game and how much travel for visiting team, but in general, games start between 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm and last approximately 1:45 hrs. For leagues with space available, there is also a January registration. After January, registrations may still be taken, but there is a late fee and your child will only be registered if there is space available in the designated league. You must submit your child's name to the Registration Director so that it may be added to the waiting list. You will be notified if a space becomes available.

The amount will vary from sport to sport, but the host city strives to ensure that each athlete will compete on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday during the week of the Games. Sports such as tennis may offer doubles competition to ensure that the athletes have a significant amount of playing time

However these songs are provided as 128kbs only, unless they are purchased, in which case they are provided for listening and download as 192kbs files. If you're willing to let users have your music for free, then everyone can listen and download them in 192kbs stereo.

Answer: Absolutely not. "Masters" is just a more eloquent way of saying old and creaky. The CMLL happily accepts any player who meets the age requirements regardless of experience. We have a mix of players ranging from those who never held a stick prior to playing Master to players who have played Senior A and Pro.

Last year, all home games were at Harbour Pointe Middle School and the year before that they were held at Explorer Middle School. Again, those details will not be worked out until the middle or end of January.

Well that depends on the age of the player. At the high school level, the league has very strict team boundaries. All varsity and junior varsity players must attend school in the Everett or Mukilteo school district. There is some grey area for kids who go to private schools or are home schooled. The younger levels of play are much less strict, players can pick where they want to play based upon convenience.

Absolutely! Girls are welcome to play on the boy's team, however they will not be given special treatment in drills or in games. Boy's lacrosse is a contact sport and the other teams will not take it easy on female members of the team so we would be doing a disservice to the girls by doing so.

Hard to predict but we generally have a few drop outs each year. If we get additional coaches then we’ll be able to create more teams. We will offer a spot based on the date that you were added to the waitlist via telephone and email.

Any competitive sport does result in injuries. Boys lacrosse rules allow contact at the Juniors and High School levels. Youth Boys and all Girls lacrosse does not allow contact. Injury rates are similar to soccer for comparison purposes.

We require a new membership each fall so that we can ensure that all our players are covered beyond our regular season as we could sponsor a Summer Ball program. We are a large club and can't assume the responsibility of a player falling through the cracks and not being covered during the off season.

Non-emergency calls will be held during therapeutic sessions. Family visitation is every Saturday. If you are unable to attend on Saturday and wish to make special arrangements to visit on another day, we will accommodate you.

If the season has not started and the uniform is returned in original condition you may be eligible to receive a full refund. Once a player ID card has been created (about August 1st in the Fall and February15th in the Spring) your refund is reduced by $40.

We require every ALITHSA player to play at least one season at the proper age level before this can be considered. The season must be immediately preceding the season for which you want your child to move up. If you feel your child is ready to move up ONE level, your current coach and the Recreational Director must be in agreement that it would be appropriate, and then the President makes the final determination.

Yes. Licensing requires that children have an outdoor time daily. Please bring jacket, mittens, gloves, etc. so that your child can enjoy the healthy outdoors. It is usually the adults who are uncomfortable with the cold not the children.

Yes. This race series is for adventure racing beginners as well as experienced people. Therefore we try to make the navigation simple by locating checkpoints only at main features which are clearly marked on the maps. While it would be an advantage to have someone in your team who can read a map, we do offer free navigation training prior to the start of each race. Cars must meet all safety and rule requirements to compete in a respected division. Rule books listing all divisions, are available at ticket office for only $1. Age requirements for factory 4's-you must be at least 14 yrs old and have filled out the appropriate forms with minor release forms. Factory Stocks you must be a minimum of 16 years or older. The green flag signals the official start of an event.
