All shows previously downloaded to your PC are still available for viewing even if you're not connected to the internet, provided that the licence to view the show has not expired. If you have parental controls set up on your Sky Anytime on PC account, these will not be applied when viewing shows offline. Parental control settings can be set to disable offline viewing if you want.

If you subscribe to Sky Sports 1&2, you will be able to access all content within the Sky Sports section at no extra cost. If you do not take Sky Sports 1&2 as part of your package, or if you do not subscribe to Sky digital, you can get the Sky Anytime on PC Sky Sports section for £5 per month. If you subscribe to Sky Movies 1&2, you will be able to access most of the films within the Sky Movies section of Sky Anytime on PC at no extra cost.

Sky Anytime on PC is Sky's on-demand service for your PC. It gives you access to hundreds of movie, sports, entertainment, lifestyle and culture options on your PC, so you can download your favourites and watch them at a time that suits you.

You can remove Sky Anytime on PC from your Sky.com My Sky account at any time. To do this, log in to your My Sky account, go to 'Current Services' and click on 'Remove' under 'Sky Anytime on PC'. You can sign up again to Sky Anytime on PC at any time. Please note that this process simply removes Sky Anytime on PC from your Sky.com My Sky account.

If you need to download the Installer again, log in to your My Sky account, go to 'Current Services' and click on 'Remove' under 'Sky Anytime on PC'. Next select 'Register' to register for the service again. You will then be prompted to accept the Terms & Conditions and presented with a link to download the Sky Anytime on PC software installer.

The process is automatic - the update installer downloads when you are connected to the internet. Once the update has downloaded, the next time you open up Sky Anytime on PC, you will be prompted to install the update.

You can only download the Sky Anytime on PC application to one computer. However, 10 other people in your home can be set up to use the application on that PC. To add users, log in to your My Sky account on Sky.com, click on 'My Sky Profile', then select 'View My Additional Users' and follow the on-screen instructions.

Yes. Once you have downloaded a programme, it will go into your library and stay there, telling you the number of days you have left to watch it. This is your licence to watch the video. For a Bonus Movie this is 30 days, or 48 hours after first clicking 'play'; for PPV Movies this is 7 days, or 48 hours after first clicking 'play'. If you do not get the chance to view the movie in this time, you should download the file again.

Sky Anytime on PC securely delivers content via the internet. Once the file has been downloaded, Microsoft Digital Rights Management software will prevent unauthorised viewing and will automatically delete the file from your PC once your licence to view it expires.

From time to time updates are required to improve the service. Sky Anytime on PC will automatically detect and download updates whenever they become available. When updates are available you will be notified and asked to follow the on-screen instructions.

If you subscribe to Sky Movies 1&2, you will be able to access most of the films within the Sky Movies section of Sky Anytime on PC for no extra cost. These movies have a Download button and are marked with a Bonus icon. There are additional, premium and 'World Cinema' films in the Sky Movies section that are available to all Sky TV subscribers on a pay-per-view basis. These have a PPV button and are marked with a PPV icon. Current prices are £3.95/€5.75.

If you have more then one Authentec sensor plugged into a single PC you must open the 123 Control in the Windows Control Panel so that each sensor can be assigned a unique identifier. If this step is not taken and more then one Authentec sensor is connected to the PC then only one sensor will be identified.

In order to use Sky Anytime on PC and Kontiki, the technology which distributes video files, you will need to enable these programs to connect to the internet. Most firewall or internet security software will prompt you to allow or permit the following programs to use the internet: Advanced users: If you have a very restrictive firewall, or a hardware or software router, then you may need to configure these to open certain ports to allow our programs to communicate with our servers.

Yes, you can use Sky Anytime on PC through a router or a wireless connection. However, some routers do have their own inbuilt firewall that may have to be configured to allow access to Sky Anytime on PC. Please refer to your user manual for instructions.

Yes and No. You do have to be connected to download the videos themselves. After that, you can watch the videos you downloaded off your hard drive as many times as you like without being online. The exception to this is the first time you play any video downloaded off the site. Your Windows Media Player will have to acquire a license to "unlock" the video which will require an internet connection.

You should leave your PC switched on but it is not necessary to be connected to the Internet. If you backup using a dial-up connection, the backup software will connect to the Internet, backup your files at the scheduled time, and disconnect from the Internet.

Whenever you are connected to the Internet your PC is vulnerable to attacks from hackers. Kontiki offers the underlying peer-to-peer technology that delivers the shows you choose in a secure, efficient manner, enabling very large, high-resolution videos to be delivered to your computer. The Kontiki technology determines how to download the show you selected by searching for sources of that show on locations which may include Sky's own network, or other users of Sky's Kontiki network or 'grid'.

Around 40% of Sky customers ??" equivalent to around 3 million households ??" do not currently have internet access at home. The new portal is not intended to replicate the experience of PC-based Internet access. More and more consumers are now choosing to access popular electronic content over multiple devices, selecting a different device based on their location and the nature of the information or transaction required.

No it will not affect any of the above. If the telephone line is being used the telemetry signal will not over ride the line, it will try to down load the information via the modem to Calor later.

Use your phone's scroll key to move around the application. Normally, you'll use the directional keys to scroll up and down, left and right. Press the scroll key in the middle to make a selection. Check the handbook that came with your phone for instructions specific to your phone. When a menu is presented, you can also jump to your chosen option by pressing the corresponding number on your keypad. Selecting 'Back' normally returns you to the section you were previously browsing.
