Whitman Fencing is a peer-taught club, wherein the the teachers change from year to year such that the most experienced students are teaching newer students. We hope to eventually find a faculty member interested in learning how to fence and teach fencing, believing the club would benefit from greater pedagogical stability.

Our course is taught by trained volunteer leaders, all of whom are course graduates and either CFS or FM patients.

Some of the best courses are taught at regional book arts centers, such as the Center for Book Arts in New York, New York, the Minnesota Center for Book Arts in Minneapolis, Minnesota, the San Francisco Center for the Book, and others. Master classes are offered by the full jury panel. At a time to be scheduled after your jury performance, you will go on stage in front of the full jury along with some jury members as indicated by the Director and a public exchange of suggestions, comments, criticism will take place in a very relaxed manner with the specific goal of trying to make you aware of what can be done to improve the quality of your performance and musical delivery.

The course developer, Carole Osborne-Sheets, teaches many workshops. She has also trained three outstanding instructors, Liz Ellis, Linda Hickey and Jennifer Hicks, who also teach in some locations. TriYoga teacher training is taught by Kaliji and teacher training staff.
