Yes, simply email any artwork you wish to add to the card to cardservices@rmceg.com and we will create a template and forward it to you digitally by email for approval. If you have a layout we require to follow then you may forward a sketch within a word document or fax this through on (07) 3264 1002. (The draft template is normally completed within 24 hours and there is no charge should you not wish to proceed).

Yes...we are able to reproduce black & white, camera ready artwork for a stamp or sign. In either case, we prefer to see the artwork prior to providing pricing information. For pricing purposes, you can fax or email the artwork to us with a description of what you would like.

In most cases, your files should be in a "vector" .eps format - preferably created in Adobe Illustrator. All images and fonts should be converted to "curves" or "outlines". If your artwork is more than one color, each color should be in a different layer and all colors should be included in the note section. Less acceptable formats (yet, still useable in some cases) are high resolution (300dpi or better) .tif files. Rarely acceptable are .jpg or .gif files.

First, make sure you're logged on to archive.org with the same email address you used when you created your Netlabels collection. Then: Find logo file at bottom of page, choose "Collection Header" from the drop down list and click submit. It will take a few minutes for the changes to appear.

You may add a logo to your sign ? generally at no charge. Also, make sure to look over our clip art and logo library. We already offer hundreds of logos and graphic images. Be aware, of course, that not all logos are well-suited to engraving. The logo needs to be clean, have sharp edges. Bit-mapped images are often tough. Remember that a laser or knife is actually cutting into the plastic material and a good deal of fine detail can be lost.

Yes, but only to the results. To do this, use Options->General Options command and set the Header/Footer and enter the values. The units are in millimeters. We have found this work best by pre-printing the logos on the paper which will be used for the results. Otherwise, the results take too long to print as the printer struggles to cope with the graphics.
