You need to burn the file in raw mode. This means that you should not just place the file on the CD, but interpret the file as an entire CD. You can use Nero Burning ROM, Roxio CD Creator or totaly free Power Toy to burn the WindowsKey.ISO image. If you use Roxio, the steps are the same, but you should select the "File|Record Disk from Image" option.

CDRWin or the BIN/CUE format is not ideal for distributing. Blindwrite suite and CloneCD perform a lot better in this purpose and can also handle various copy protections. Both of these softwares can also create .CUE files for increased compatibility

Open file in player by right-clicking file and selecting "Open With," then selecting "Windows Media Player" from the drop-down menu.
