Yes. With Champion Reading there is no skimming, scanning or key word reading. When you master this new skill you will read all the words.

Words less than 3 characters long are skipped, and words greater than 12 characters long are converted into a special 'long-word' token. These numbers (3 and 12) were determined by brute force testing, and produced the best overall results (including compared to no upper or lower limits).

One often has to submit a document (e.g., a paper or a dissertation) under some sort of constraint about its size. When this system was first produced, the initial word index was limited to 64K different words. The truncating of long words to eight characters was to ensure that the 64K limits was not exceeded. The system has now been modified and the 64K limit removed. A future release will remove word truncation. This version of the system does not allow 'wild cards'. Also, keep in mind that the band improvises a lot during their live performances. Eddie sometimes changes lyrics to songs (i.e. Yellow Ledbetter) So, if you do try and transcribe lyrics yourself, you should try to transcribe the studio version if you want transcribe "official" lyrics.
