Unfortunately we are unable to add a bulk email facility to the site, as this would put our members at risk from unsolicited spam emails. There just wouldn't be a way that we could be absolutely certain who was bonafide or not and could not afford to jeopardise the integrity of the site.

Is there an issue with Internet Partners refusing email from certain servers?? I have a few people who can not email me. In most cases where people are have problems sending you email the senders email server is configured incorrectly, and it can serve as a security risk to everyone on the internet. We at Internet Partners are willing to work with the administrators of these servers to help solve this problem.

AOL will make every effort to deliver a message to your recipient, but does not have any control over a message once it leaves the AOL service. If your recipient is not with AOL, have check with their provider in an effort to figure out what happened to your message. If you are receiving some type of error message in response to your email (examples can be found in AOL Help article "Why do I get a mailer-daemon error?"), look to it carefully for an explanation for what happened.

Sending emails that are large or, that are going to a large group of people, increases bandwidth use causing slow performance. If you are attempting to send a large file or an email that:

AOL does not handle multiple attachments per message in a very useful manner. Multiple attachments are combined using MIME encoding. This is most easily avoided by asking your correspondent to include only one attachment per message (using BASE64 encoding) and turn off any additional HTML formatting. Multiple attachments can be safely compressed together, and you can decompress them on your end (in many cases the AOL software will do this automatically).

To send email to a group/list you will need to setup a mailing list. Mailing Lists allow you to setup a single email address that when email is sent to this address it will be automatically forwarded to a group of email addresses that you specify when creating the list. To create a mailing list, visit Settings -> Forwards, Autorespond, Lists -> Mailing Lists. To prevent spamming of your mailing list, consider creating a secret key or enabling the 'Private Mailing List' feature.

In the To, Cc or Bcc fields of an email, seperate the email addresses with a comma (,) eg. a.smith@student.qut.edu.au,b.jones@student.qut.edu.au

About one minute is all it takes for you to fill-out the prospect information form. The form includes basics such as the prospect’s name, email address, and new home community they are interested in. There are also several optional fields that can be filled in. Once this form is complete the sales person never has to do anything else for the full series of scheduled emails to be delivered.

You can send multiple messages from PC Prayer Reminder, but you must enter the email addresses every time you send an email. To send anonymous email from your own email program, send email to:Username@PositiveSingles.com. If you want to use another email address of yours, change it first at My Account after login. To reply to email from other PositiveSingles.com users: just hit "reply" at your email account! When you reply to a Username@PositiveSingles.com, your real email address will be removed. The recipient will see only: YourUserName@PositiveSingles.com.

Once you upload a file to Badongo, you will have the option to enter an email address of the intended recipient.

Problems sending and receiving mail are rarely related. See FAQ Questions 1 and 2 for information on how to track down each end of the problem. If the problem affects one particular service, then it's possible that there is a communications block between that service and AOL. Try contacting that service's Postmaster to see if they are aware of problems both sending mail to and receiving mail from AOL.
