CDOT sets contract goals only on those projects that have subcontracting possibilities that meet the appropriate availability and capacity benchmarks established through its goal setting process. This process includes such factors as the type of work involved, the location of the work, and the availability of UDBEs for the work of the particular contract.

A..Weight Watchers sets goals at 10% and then final goal. Depending on your area, they also reward either five or ten pound increments as well as 25 pound increments. For many of us, once we hit our 10%, there is still a long road before getting to our final goal. Goals should be set in small increments..something you feel comfortable with. The "Automatic Project Settings" option on the Qlockwork menu allows you to assign projects automatically. You can create a new project by selecting <New Project...> from the dropdown menu, and typing in a new name: Projects are assigned to activities based on the activity's subject and the people involved (for email-based activity). Option 1: Open the activity by doubling clicking, select a new project from the Project dropdown list, then hit "Save and Close".
