We have relationships with a couple of wrapper companies and also have a ton of info on creating wrappers on our message board. Several partners also offer wrapper templates for sale or for free which can help you get started. I am unable to answer wrapper questions specifically though and just send partners to our message board to dig for info! :)

Pull the other side of the wrapper snug, lightly creasing around the sides and overlap the area marked for gluing.
